Kristin Rohde serves as Chief of Staff & Operations at Granite Financial, where she oversees firm-wide operations, business systems, and internal processes. In her role, she serves as a strategic partner to leadership, ensuring the firm operates efficiently, professionally, and with the highest level of service to clients and team members alike. She leads internal operations, supports strategic initiatives, coordinates compliance and business systems, and plays a critical role in maintaining the strong operational foundation that supports Granite Financial’s continued growth.
Kristin returned to the financial services industry after four years in healthcare support roles. She previously gained experience in both the debt recovery sector and banking before stepping away from her career to care for her youngest son, Connor, during his battle with cancer. Following his journey, she dedicated herself to serving others in the healthcare field before ultimately rejoining the financial industry in 2022.
Kristin has been an integral part of Granite Financial, consistently demonstrating exceptional organizational leadership, attention to detail, and a deep commitment to both clients and colleagues. Her steady leadership and dedication to operational excellence have made her a trusted partner within the firm and a driving force behind its strong internal culture.
Kristin lives in St. Cloud with her husband, Adam. Their son, Aiden, resides in Fargo while attending NDSU. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, collecting plants, playing cribbage, and taking road trips.
